New Moon Night movie

March 18, 2018

While the Apollo 11 astronauts became the first men to walk on the moon, thousands of other men continued to do what mankind has always done - fight each other in war. In interviews from the Vietnam Center and Archive, American veterans of the Vietnam War recall what they were experiencing and feeling while the moon landing occurred, and why the moon meant something very different to them than to Americans back home. The film is comprised of original raw footage from the Apollo 11 astronauts and footage shot in Saigon by the U.S. Army.
